Total Peaking Services L.L.C.:
Waste Heat Recovery: Potential Locations

Consistent with NAESB standards (including Standard 4.3.23), Total Peaking will post here information regarding the feasibility of waste heat recovery that may be required by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission or facilities that meet the minimum levels for capacity and annual operation specified in the 2008 report published by the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) entitled "Waste Energy Recovery Opportunities for Interstate Natural Gas Pipelines" (the "INGAA White Paper") (i.e. installations with total gas turbine station capacity of at least 15,000 hp operating at or more than 5,250 hours per year over the previous 12 months).

Note: Total Peaking does not currently have any compressor stations that meet the minimum levels for capacity and annual operation specified in the INGAA White Paper. For more information, please contact Robert Kopjanski at (203)795-7744.
